01

Running your free audit

The audit lives at your free audit page. It asks for three things: your business name, your website, and the email where we send your report. There is also an optional one-line description of what your business does. Filling it in helps us ask the engines sharper questions, but you can skip it.

When you start the scan, we check six areas: your SEO footprint, GEO across the AI answer engines, AEO answer scoring, your Google Business Profile, reviews and reputation, and phone and call handling. The whole run takes about 60 seconds, and the checklist on screen walks through each area as it finishes.

No card, no phone number, no pitch. The report is delivered by email, so keep an eye on your inbox once the scan completes.

02

Reading your report

Your report is a scorecard across the six areas we scanned. Each area gets a score, what we measured, and a plain finding: where you get named, where competitors win instead, and what the engines are missing about you. The competitors listed are the ones the engines actually recommend for your buyer questions, not a generic list.

Start with the lowest scores. The fastest wins are usually the cheapest ones: facts the engines cannot find, a profile that disagrees with your website, reviews that stopped a year ago.

The report is a private link. The long token in the address is the key: it is not indexed and not listed anywhere, and the link in your email is the only way in. Treat it like a password. If you want a partner or teammate to see it, forward the email.

03

The Open email, explained

Beacon delivers by email. When your audit finishes, you get a message telling you that someone sent you a Beacon, with one button labeled Open. That button is the whole email, and it goes straight to your report. The results never render on the audit page itself.

The same envelope carries every Beacon. When a business sends personalized pages to its own customers or applicants, each recipient gets the same one-button email with their own private link behind it.

Nothing in your inbox after a minute or two? Check spam and promotions first. Still nothing? Run the audit again with the same email, or reply to any message we have sent you and a human will sort it out.

04

Opening your dashboard

The AI Visibility Dashboard turns the one-time audit into a monthly discipline: deep reports, competitor comparisons, and your visibility across every connected engine, scored and tracked over time.

It is free to open. Create your account from your audit report and the dashboard is yours. The full reporting data unlocks when you pick a plan and add a card, which also gives you your monthly pool of credits.

Plans are month-to-month with no contract. See the pricing page for the four plans, and the billing article below for the full terms.

05

What GEO and AEO mean

SEO is the game everyone knows: earning positions in classic search results. It still matters, and it feeds everything else, because the AI engines read the same web that search rewards.

GEO stands for generative engine optimization. It asks one question: when a buyer asks an AI engine who to call, does your business get named at all? It is the visibility layer.

AEO stands for answer engine optimization. It is the layer after that: once you do come up, how good is the answer? Accurate, well cited, ahead of your competitors, or a vague afterthought? Your audit scores all three, because buyers use all three.

06

Deep reports and search credits

The free audit is a snapshot: a handful of buyer prompts across the AI engines, enough to show where you stand today.

Your visibility dashboard includes a monthly pool of credits: run deep reports, compare competitors, and build sites, all from the same pool, scored and tracked against your history.

Need more before your month resets? Top up any time from inside your dashboard, or move up a plan for a bigger monthly pool. You will see the exact plans on the pricing page.

07

How Beacon pages personalize

A Beacon is a personal page delivered by email. Businesses send them to their own lists: customers, applicants, members. Merge fields fill in each recipient, so every person opens a page addressed to them, not a generic blast.

Every campaign has a goal, and the page carries one matching call to action: call, book a time, leave a review, chat, visit, or a custom link. You can run A/B variants, and opens and clicks are tracked per recipient, so you see exactly who engaged.

Recipients get the standard envelope: a subject line saying your business sent them a Beacon, and one button labeled Open.

08

QR and NFC agent cards

Every rep can carry a digital business card at its own link. The card has a call button and a Save contact button that downloads a vCard straight into the phone.

From the card editor you can copy the link, and display or download a QR code for print: table tents, flyers, a sticker on the truck. Anyone who scans it lands on your card.

For tap-to-share, write your card link to an NFC tag. On Chrome for Android the editor writes the tag directly. On other devices, use any NFC writer app with a standard NTAG215 tag. The tap simply opens your card link, so the other person needs no app at all.

09

Billing and cancellation

Everything is month-to-month. No contracts, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.

Paid products start with a card on file and, where offered, a 7-day trial. Billing begins when the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.

Completed charges are non-refundable, and you can cancel anytime to stop future months. Cancelling never claws back access you already paid for: you keep it through the period you bought.

10

Getting support

Reply to any email we send you. That is the fastest path: a human reads it and answers. There is no ticket portal to learn and no chatbot maze between you and a fix.

Include your business name and, if the question is about a report, the email address you ran the audit with. That is everything we need to look you up.
